Every Seen Electronics product comes with a 1-year warranty, handled locally in Bahrain.
What's covered: manufacturing defects and failures under normal use — a charger that stops working, a cable that fails at the connector, a power bank that won't hold charge.
What's not covered: physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
How to claim: message us on WhatsApp at +973 3833 8481 or Instagram (@seen_bah) with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll confirm and arrange a replacement — no need to ship anything overseas or wait weeks.
